70’s Red and White Hawaiian Floral Cotton Fit and Flare Dress by Royal CreationsThis bright red 1970s or early 80s vintage dress pops with white monstera leaves and hibiscus flowers. The dress has a V neckline, a V back, and elastic waistband. Pull on style. Ties at the shoulders (adjustable). The perfect thing to throw on after a day on the beach to go grab a cocktail. Made from a light weight cotton blend fabric very comfortable. This was made by Royal Creations in Hawaii. Measurements are bust 38", waist 20 34", length 40".
Note: Cut of dress is supposed to fit blousy
