60's/70's A-Line Dress with Red Silk Trim by Ronald AmeyThis dress is quintessential Ronald Amey from the 1960s or early 1970s (Original Ronald Amey apparel produced during his lifetime has become quite scarce. I found a few examples on 1st Dibs, and the closest "comp" was priced at $1200.) Overall,this is a "fit and flare" style made in a black wool (or wool blend) knit with a standing red silk collar and extensive trim as seen in the photos. The self belt is loosely attached to the dress and fastens in
