70's/80's Black V-Neck Floral Print Midi Dress by Leslie FayThe bodice is a faux wrap style with a dainty rose print with a waist of a wide striped elastic. The skirt has the same rose print with larger white flowers. The chest measures 19 inches under arm to under arm, the waist is 18 inches relaxed and the length is 42 inches shoulder to hem. Excellent condition!
