churburg spursThe pair of spurs is a replica of gothic knight spurs; the original pair forms part of the collection of Churburg Castle on the borders of Austria and Italy. Crafted from brass, they are fitted with leather straps for fastening to the shoe or boot. The straps are each provided with a brass buckle.
It has a length of 44 cm with a blade of 29 cm
which permits the cuirass to be protected against rust and weathering
These shoulder pieces may be worn as part of a full suit of armour or individually
The earrings are sold per set of two and are constructed from silvered bronze
based on an original held in the British Museum
permitting a comfortable and secure carry
The brooch is based on a Celtic disc excavated in Auvers-sur-Oise
the tartan became a symbol for certain clans
