60s/70s Two Piece Silk Skirt And Blouse By Bill BlassThere is no designer label in this 2 pc silk ensemble, but we know from our source that it is Bill Blass, and it has the designer's telltale muslin tape date code label sewn in. The long sleeved button down blouse has true French cuffs, and the neck bow is a separate piece. The softly pleated skirt has the same splatter pattern as the blouse, but on a vastly larger scale.
