purples & greens floral cotton fabric- Reminds us of a feed sack dress from the 1930s/1940s

5" has elastic at sides of waistband but they do not stretch much

and in not so usual tangerine

Brand: Tag reads "Hera or Heba

but a huge thanks to where I live I was able to find not only this gorgeous snake buckle

Not a lot of stretch left in the elastic waist of the skirt - may need to be replaced

Red tab on back as well
