Off the shoulder neckline and ruffled hem detail in metallic gold and black lace. Empire waist accented by a burgundy colored satin ribbon sash which ties to the back. Center back zipper opening. Union made label. Made in USA. Original tag says size 14, however the dress fit my form well, which means it fits best like a small. Please see measurements. Dress
