40’s Black Crinoline and Velvet Beret HatVintage 1940's black sheer crinoline beret. The entire crown is a circular weave of sheer crinoline with wired sides of a more solid crin fabric. A black velvet wired ribbon is woven through the crown and drop down the left side. The only label is a size tag of 22 1 2. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age.
