"Bergtagen" captures the band at its purest. Earthy, melodic, and deeply Scandinavian. No posturing, no plastic bombast. Just strong riffs, breathing rhythms, violin, jaw harp, and Vintersorg sounding raw, urgent, and serious. Though often called a demo, Bergtagen never felt like one.
