French RoastThis is our French Roast. Darker than House Blend and Signature Blend, but not quite an Espresso. We use our Fluid Bed roaster for this coffee for the same reasons as our Espresso Roast. It keeps burning chaff off the coffee, and prevents the beans from tipping or getting burnt against the hot metal walls of a traditional roaster. You will find our French Roast is very smooth.
