OOAK Handmade wool Felted hat 23.5” mediumExpertly crafted from merino wool felted hat . This hat is quite large with this brim and the bow. Everything is made from scratch, wool I dye and layer. This hat is medium thickness. It is supple and malleable. I do not use stiffener. Model is 21 head circumference. I recommend this size for head circumferences between 21. 5and 23 medium. The larger you head circumference is, the higher this hat will sit, which is ok with this style. Please keep in
