Harley-Davidson Road King 1990-2025 - Ohlins STX 36 Twin (HD 022)Single tube Piston diameter: 36 mm Emulsion type of shock absorber.
This upgrade kit for front forks contains front fork springs as well as for some Bikes top caps with spring preload adjuster that adds additional function and performance to the standard fork (please see Mounting Instruction if the topcaps are adjustable or not)
The new Öhlins TTX AR-X 40 shock also is well
It is recommended to contact an Öhlins Service Center for installation
Based on your bike’s performance
Monotube high pressure gas type of shock absorber with external “piggy back” reservoir

These equals to a pressure balance within the shock
Black adjuster on TTX36 shocks / silver adjuster on TTX GP shocks
Öhlins cartridge systems are designed for installation in the standard fork
