Antique Victorian 18ct Diamond & Blue Sapphire Ring - SIZE MAntique Victorian 18ct gold ring featuring white diamonds and blue sapphires. This beautiful ring had a large central blue sapphire with two white diamonds and two blue sapphires either side set into a ornate setting. This style of the ring would have been an engagement ring, the blue sapphire would have represented fidelity and giving diamonds as an engagement wedding ring dates back to the middle ages.
