Not rated as highly by the critics at the time or even now but I like it and that's all that matters
This is his first studio album and includes the great 'Call Me The Breeze' (also the title of the tribute album to Cale made by Clapton) and 'After Midnight'
it is a complex orchestral work and one which I still play today together with the sister album 'Song of Experience' (albeit on CD - sorry)
