This is a very nice handmade Haynes with a solid silver headjoint and body, . 016" tubing, B foot, open holes, inline G, French style pointed key arms, and soldered tone holes. This flute was previously owned by a professional flutist and has been well cared for. It was just play tested by a DC based military band flutist, who assessed that it is in excellent playing condition. The flute responds

This sax has an optional high F# key

xxx Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone with approximately 96% original lacquer

It does a great job capturing the tonal clarity and focus of a Mark VI soprano

They pads are sealing perfectly and the entire range of the horn speaks easily

The feel is refined and comfortable under the hands

and a real pleasure to come across one in this condition

the later saxes have a sheet metal B/Bb keyguard soldered over the wire guard

a very limited run of saxophones was produced with the body tube of a Balanced Action and the bell and bow of a Radio Improved model

The baffle has the appropriate clamshell shape
