Brothers At War The Old Man Syrah 2019The Old Man Eden Valley Syrah is a powerful and rich 95 point wine, made as a homage to an inspirational father. A unique wine with soft velvety tannins driven by lingering acidity, the wine is a ball of flavour, delicious in nature, and very much a fruit driven expression of the Eden Valley. Enjoy this top quality offering either in the traditional way–neat

the wine was racked off gross lees with approximately 50% going to third use French oak hogsheads and the remainder to tank for malolactic fermentation and a maturation period of 10 months
