The pendant features a bold ruby red marbled glass cabochon at its centre, framed by sparkling clear rhinestone paste stones and elegant black enamel detailing, all set in rich gold plated metal. The pendant hangs from a classic gold plated chain with a secure fold

It was designed by Marc Lalique (René Lalique's son) in 1949
The hexagon shaped body is wider than it is deep being 19 x 14cm
The bracelet is composed of five rectangular links
Of fiddle pattern form with the initial A to the handle terminal
with gilt metal mount and rolled gold chain
The brooch features two cabochon-cut Garnets
Approximate weight is 538 grams
Probably dating to the first half of the 20th century
