If you choose this option, please make sure the spelling is correct for how you want it to appear on the uniforms. Names are printed below the MAXRAD logo on the back in a grey stencil font.

This jacket can be made in full or half zip

There is no standard format for name print - but most common are full name (first and last) or first initial and last name
