OOAK Handmade wool Felted hat 23.5” mediumExpertly crafted from merino wool felted hat . This hat size is easy to wear has it is not as tall as my usual top hat. Everything is made from scratch, wool I dye and layer. This hat is medium thickness. It has a bit of silk on the brim. But it still supple and malleable. I do not use stiffener. Model is 21 head circumference. I recommend this size for head circumferences between 21 and 23 . The color variations on this hat are made from scratch. I
