Frog's Leap, Zinfandel

Frog's Leap, ZinfandelRed and black plums, incense, violets, and orange blossom notes all emerge from the 2021 Zinfandel, a medium bodied Zinfandel that's nicely balanced, has ripe, polished tannins, and a great finish.

Lovely stuff and fashioned in a style that will permit this to be enjoyed on the younger side if desired

with a touch of mocha despite the lack of new oak

I imagine it will still be fabulous at age 30

The floral and spice notes carry emphatically through the impressively long

yet with a refreshing finish

with tremendous concentration

This is a big but not really austere BM and should be approachable after only 7 to 8 years if your preference is for younger wines
