Felted top hat with rose - 22.5”Every year I do a limited amount of felted hats. Every each of them is unique and had is own personality. This particular one is made of my favorite colors. It is adorned with one giant rose with free motion stitching and leaves. Some tencel and silk. It is on the firm side of felted hats. this hat will suit small medium heads ~ it measures 22. 5 and will fits heads with 22 23 head circumference. model has 22 head circumference and the hat fits.
*All my scarves are washed and pre shrink to show the real texture and to avoid surprises after your first wash
