Antique Garnet three stone ring, 9ct gold, VictorianA beautiful antique Garnet three stone ring. A chunky boat head style with three large, rich red oval cut garnets set to the front. It has lovely rich rosey gold tones and a smooth polished band. Lots of rich colour and a nice chunky face, this is a great ring for pairing with others but also makes a big enough statement worn alone. It is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, Chester Assay office, 1898. A charming antique ring with stacks of character.

It has a later added bale marked 925

The diamond is gypsy set into a silver setting and surrounded by large turquoise cabochons which vary in size and shade

one bead is picked out with Egyptian lettering in gilt

the whitby jet is matte and this type of matte jet is usually used in first mourning

surrounded by creamy seed pearls
