Felted top hat with flower - 23.5”Every year I do a limited amount of felted hats. Every each of them is unique and had is own personality. It is adorned with a flower with free motion stitching. Merino, Some tencel, curls and lots of silk. It is on the thick side of felted hats. This hat has lots of silk accents on top so it catches light. When in indirect light it appears a little bit more matte. this hat will suit medium large heads ~ it measures 23. 5 and will fits heads with 22.
