These are between a "small" and "regular" scrunchie for the purpose of quick drying. They are VERY neon. Our scrunchies are made for adults or children. They are full and fluffy, and show a lot of the fabric when worn. Elastics are not required to be worn under the scrunchies, as we use high quality elastic that has a strong hold.
