The wool shows some moth tracking, but no moth damage in the form of holes. The dark green wool band is in very good condition. This is piped in red piping that is still bright in color and shows only slight moth tracking. The brushed aluminum Heer eagle and wreath retain their finish. The black and red cockade is in place
The quillon has a light bend
the sea bag for the veteran with his name in black script

The rear skirt of the interior is stamped Q 64 indicating production by Quist in the size of 64
It is marked on the reverse though the initials are hard to make out
The great coat is produced in the identical dark navy blue wool
