This is a strong showing

As it almost always is this is more refined than the Chambertin if less powerful and a bit less mineral driven

earth and sauvage aromas that are trimmed in just enough wood to notice

Red berries

Discreet but not invisible oak influence does not really intrude upon the transparency of the red berry fruit

with perfectly integrated acidity and a floral element giving clarity and lift to the red fruit

the wine serves up its round

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir

I’m less certain that this will come together though to be clear
