We are proud to farm heritage grains and these grains, bred for flavor ahead of yield and which require no agri chemicals and minimal field intervention, are at the heart of our fabulous spirits. Produced from one 30 year old tawny port pipe and matured entirely at the distillery in Oxford. 90% Maslin (Rye and Wheat Grown Together) and 10% Malted Barley

Taste: Creamy texture almost custard apple or strudel
