Antique Georgian mourning band ring, 18ct gold, Black enamel, In Memory OfA truly stunning antique Georgian era mourning band ring. Crafted in rich aged antique 18ct gold, it is a wide band style ring with an engraved and carved inner band. It has a textured engraving to the centre recess and the words In Memory Of finely sculpted within the gold, these have not been enamelled as is commonly seen and retain a rich golden patina. There is a slim band of black enamel to the top and bottom rim of the band subtly highlighting

they are becoming increasingly hard to find in surviving condition
