Jean-Claude Bachelet, Puligny Montrachet Aubues(Les Aubues is a small enclave entirely within Les Enseignres). This is also cool and airy with its mix of green apple, spice, floral and crushed fennel nuances. The succulent, intense and caressing medium bodied flavors flash good power while displaying fine length on the lemony and bone dry finale. This balanced effort would benefit from developing better depth but that should reasonably happen. Worth your interest.

I like the lovely sense of vitality to the detailed and mineral-inflected medium-bodied flavors that possess fine intensity on the delicious and solidly complex finale

The reduction aside this is really a lovely effort though note well that ample patience is requisite

A slightly spicier nose also reflects just a whiff of volatile acidity on the aromas of poached plum and exotic tea-scented nose

This always has more Italian in character

There is excellent minerality and a relatively refined mid-palate mouth feel despite ample muscle and punch reflected by the bitter-cherry
