Often sold as a Japanese marking knife, the stiff blade of the Kiridashi truly excels at heavier cuts. It's our go to every day carry knife for leather processing in the workshop. At a chunky 5mm and heat treated it will take a beating and keep its edge. To homage where the design came from we called this unique EDC knife the 'Kitsune Kiridashi Knife'
