A silver scissor case and scissors from a chatelaine. GU. B'1897.An embossed silver scissor case with its original pair of silver handled scissors attached to it by a chain. This is a chatelaine piece hallmarked in Birmingham in 1898. GU George Unite the maker. In excellent condition same hallmark on both pieces. Overall length 18cm. Size of case with scissors in. 10cm long. Stock no. LN06

A Georgian silver filigree sheath for either a pair of steel scissors or just possibly a knife as it is quite large at 7

The bowl is decorated with raptor claws and grotesque animal heads

These are six glass winders but not for sewing thread rather for medical purposes

The pattern of the Crystal Palace is clearly defined and the text on the rim easily readable but it has three small holes in the side of the cap which needs removing and soldering back by a silversmith
