SOLD……An antique folding fruit knife and fork with pearl sleeves. HM. 1843 /1844.A mother of pearl folding knife and fork with carved sleeves studded with silver pins. The name plates are blank. The silver spring cover is stepped and cross hatched. The blade is hallmarked for Sheffield 1843 maker AH (Aaron Hadfield) The fork is hall marked with the same details except the date letter is the next year's 1844. NB. Sheffield date letters changed to the next year from the first Sunday in July. In excellent condition no damage or
