This elevated version of Chocolate Rain was double barrel aged with even more cacao and more vanilla. Already laid to rest in wood for over a year, these hand selected barrels earned the right for a second round of aging. Made with the finest of ingredients, including Columbian Arauca cacao and Madagascar

Underripe Pinot Noir grapes were used to add acidity and a touch of color to the beer before aging in a French Oak foeder for seven months

Some people sculpt marzipan into flowers and animal shapes

with a double dry-hopped hazy double IPA brewed with Mosaic

We took the liberty of adding juicy peaches and apricots to our barrel-aged ale
