Antique cut glass scent bottle, large, Sterling silverA beautiful large antique cut glass scent bottle. It has a large bulbous body with intricate hand cut glass that reflects the light beautifully. This would have been a scent bottle designed to hold the finest scents and live on the dressing table. It has a sterling silver collar and push top mushroom cap with a repousse design and the original little glass stopper. The cap and collar both have different dates but they fit well together. The band is exceptional and is crafted in 18ct yellow gold with fancy design shoulders and a twist design at the back bearing the marks
Good working condition overall
the lettering is enamelled in red
The inkwell is fully hallmarked for the George IV era
pearls with some wear

Victorian sterling silver longuard chain / muff chain
It has a smooth 18ct yellow gold band with lightly engraved shoulders
Weight approx 56
The compass has blue steel hands and appears to be in working order but I can't vouch for accuracy
they are more commonly found in silver and even the silver ones are hard to come by
it does not come with a chain though chains can be purchased in the shop separately
