The prints are two of ten Baxter prints called the Regal Set published in 1850. They are lined in pink paper. In excellent condition with no fading of colour. washed and put back together using the original fabrics but the ribbon ties had all but disintegrated so have been replaced with new matching maroon ribbon

An attractive pair of Regency silver handled scissors

The steel decoration is complete however

11 x 6 x 4 cm with the swing handle bringing the height to 10cm

The indents are waffle shaped rather than the more usual dimpling

They are tin plate with printed features and movable doors

The c-shaped clamp 5 cm

The print is a stipple engraving circa 1800
