NOSE: Immediate mineral and lightly smoky with hints of chalk and salt

These notes beautifully intertwine with the deep oak and spice of the aged bourbon

Nose: Open and expressive with great complexity

The first was a fusion of 9-year-old high rye barrels peppery and pointed on the palate

slightly macerated black currant and black cherry flavors bolstered by taut acidity and permeated by dense spice and chewy tannins

Palate: Lemon

The crucial differentiator is the age: every component in this limited edition is a minimum of 10 years old
