Very Sloe Gin – Batch 5Our new Very Sloe Gin Batch 5 is now available in 50cl bottles. This new batch is 37. 4% ABV and I think is the best yet!! After macerating the Sloes for a minimum of 6 months in a combination of all our gins to give it subtle underlying spices and flavours, we have added sugar which gives it that smooth syrupy texture but the increase in ABV means that the Sloes are still the predominant flavour.
