Brise d'Aunis 2024This is a 100% Pineau dAunis, made from vines planted on a terroir of schist and clay. After hand harvesting and destemming, this vintage was aged in concrete tanks. This wine captures all the charm of the wonderful Pineau dAunis grape variety, which thrives in the Anjou terroir: the balance between the fruity and spicy character is perfect, making it suitable for pairings far beyond an aperitif.
