Antique Victorian mourning ring, Mother, 9ct gold and hairworkA heartfelt antique, mid Victorian mourning ring. A rich yellow gold band with a band of tightly woven brown plaited hair wound around the band and secured with engraved gold spacers which spell out the word Mother. The front of the ring has a central gold shield shaped panel monogrammed with the initials EJ. It is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold, Birmingham 1869, maker Francis Webb. Condition: Good used condition overall, minor light surface wear
