Sylvania Number / Type 85 #85 Engraved / Stamped Base Vacuum TubeThis Sylvania type 85 tube was tested on our Paul Hart calibrated TV7 U for shorts, gas, emissions and transconductance. There were no shorts or gas. It measured 42 in its triode section where minimum (65%) is 25 and 100% is 39. The diodes measured 54 and 56, respectively, where minimum (65%) is 40 40 and 100% is 61 61. WE HAVE SCORES OF THOUSANDS OF VACUUM TUBES. IF IT'S NOT LISTED, WE MAY HAVE IT. new in box Super Silvertone 1J6G tube tested to spec on our Paul Hart-calibrated TV7/U
They have double O getters
It sounds very good with light surface noise and the occasional click and pop
5 record cleaner and then played on my Rega Planar Three with an Ortofon X5-MC cartridge
