While less intense than our Frantoio oil, it has a beautiful smooth flavour and is a multi purpose oil that can be used for a myriad of purposes. A delicious and fruity oil with a distinctive peppery aftertaste. The unique flavour may vary in intensity from year to year, but the taste remains the same.
