OOAK Handmade wool Felted hat 23.5” mediumExpertly crafted from merino wool felted hat . This hat size is easy to wear has it is not as tall as my usual top hat. Everything is made from scratch, wool I dye and layer. This hat is medium thickness. It is supple and malleable. I do not use stiffener. Model is 21 head circumference. I recommend this size for head circumferences between 21. 5and 23 medium. The larger you head circumference is, the higher this hat will sit, which is ok with this
