Lamb Rogan JoshMedium spiced, meaty curry. The lamb has been marinated in yoghurt for 12 hours and it is TENDER AS. The kids will eat it but maybe add some extra yoghurt. 1 kg Serves 4 people or 2kg serves 8. Thaw, reheat until hot and add rice.
