Black Maple Hill Oregon Bourbon WhiskeyBlack Maple Hill Oregon Bourbon is micro distilled in small batches from the finest locally grown grains using high mountain glacier water. It is a blend of aged 4 to 5 in new heavily charred American White Oak barrels. The Bourbon's mash bill is 75% corn and 25% barley.
Taste: Abundantly textured with bursts of toasted honey and oak
8% barley and 6% rye
which has a total of some 210 acres of vines covering nine Bordeaux appellations
