This is a support rod for when to unit is in the stowed locked position

We strongly suggest mounting in a structurally sound place on your deck that allows you to utilize the support bracket on the tube

All new models drilled to fit all Garmin units

If your adding a Double Graph Mount to this unit you will need to select the Horizontal Folding option so the support rod will swing out of the way of the lower graph

Just unbolt the four included bolts an leave the receiver attached to the deck

then Hardcoat anodized to give it additional wear and corrosion resistance
