It is not a good choice for a reef tank
These almost impossible to find wrasses are a must have for any wrasse collector
also known as the Carpenter's Wrasse
and it will not tolerate copper or high nitrates
They also roam the tank eating any leftover food
It requires a 50 gallon or larger aquarium with moderately aggressive tank mates
The male is a pale yellow
