Wavy Wines LS Gris 2024"LS GRIS" is a 13 day skin contact wine. Organic farming. Grapes were co fermented together in stainless steel vats. After the 13 days the tanks were drained and the wine was into neutral oak and stainless steel barrels. After a few months of settling the wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfur.
