Description
TERRE GAIE "Prosecco Brut" Glera DOC (750ml)Tasting notes: Straw yellow coloured wine, vinous, light and a distinctly fruity bouquet reminiscent of wisteria and acacia flowers. Its modest alcohol content gives it a pleasant, delicate and harmonious flavour. Grapes vinified in white, hand picked and processed with a soft pressing. The wine is obtained with primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The sparkling wine is produced following the Italian method in
10% Mourvèdre and the balance a mix of the other permitted varieties
the tannins are smooth and ripe
notes of red berries
up to more intense notes of exotic fruits and icing sugar
Vibrant multilayered and complex flavours of dark plum
Youthful and a little closed at this stage but with the potential to develop well with bottle age
with floral hints and fine toasted notes
