Fits Dodge 1994 2004 31 spline NV4500HD (Cummins Diesel or V 10) and 1999 2005 NV5600 4x2 transmissions. Also works great to rotate the output shaft to line up the input splines when installing 4x2 transmissions or NP241DHD transfer cases.
