Tasted several times since my original review with consistent notes in the sense that they have become progressively more positive
This is also very ripe but not roasted or jammy though the nose does have a liqueur-like character from the cassis
The 2018 is a stunning Pinot from Alpine
the 2012 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvee Réservée is a classic
A slightly riper and more deeply pitched nose speaks of cassis
